1) Start with clicking on “Create Account”

2) Next, type in “roxbury” for the HOA name and the system will eventually provide the drop-down as shown

3) Confirm that proper management company is shown as “Community Association Management”; then click “Yes”

4) On the next screen, enter in your account number; then Click “Continue”

5) As shown on the next two screenshots, you will need to enter all of your information

6) After your account is created, you should get the pane shown below; confirm all of the information in red is correct and then choose to make a one-time payment or setup Autopay.
